The goal of the Personalized Travel Plan is to provide you with the most personalized, comprehensive and easy-to-use research tool: us! Our philosophy is different than that of traditional travel websites because we do not ask you to search through mountains of data to find your preferred travel information. Instead, we ask you to fill out and submit a Travel Profile Form that outlines your personal travel preferences, after which, in a matter of 24-48 hours, we provide you with unique, unbiased, personalized information on the best destinations, hotels, flights, activities and much more – as well as, of course, the lowest fares.
Today, even the savviest Internet surfers could spend hours, days or weeks figuring out exactly where they want to travel, how they want to get there, and what they want to do once they arrive. That’s because all the best information is spread out over thousands of sites throughout the Web. TheVacationAdvisors.com knows that the most useful travel information comes from people who have already been to the destination to which you’re planning to travel, people who can therefore provide the most relevant, current, practical and personally specific travel details available online. What sets us apart is that we are far more than merely a website: we are real travelers to whom you will have immediate access – real travelers who have visited most destinations around the world.
The process is simple. Submit to us a completed Travel Profile Form (or email us with your questions) so that we can e-mail you an invoice for our services. After payment is processed, we then analyze the preferences you’ve outlined and assign to you a Travel Advisor who will offer unbiased recommendations for a personalized vacation, including the most appropriate destinations, activities, flights and more! If you wish, your Advisor can also provide you with an approximate budget for your vacation. By eliminating the frustrating, time-consuming search process and guess-work, you’re able to save the hours, days or weeks that it might otherwise have taken for you to create the perfect personalized vacation. Option 2: Quote-Buster Service
Our Quote-Buster Service is designed to save you money, pure and simple. With this plan, we will try to find you a better price on all aspects of your trip (the flight, vehicle rental, hotel, package, etc.) – in comparison to any quote you may have already received as a result of your own research or through your travel agent. If we are able to find you a lower price, we will take only a small percentage (15 to 30 – depending on the time involved) of the difference between our lower quote and your original higher quote. Since we are receiving a percentage of the savings only, you will still pay less than the original quote. And, if we can’t find you a lower price, you won’t pay anything for this Quote-Buster Service! Think of this service as a second opinion on the quote you’ve already received.
For example, let’s say you found a deal for the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas from March 1 to March 6: a total cost of US$1,000 (including all fees and taxes). Since you aren’t sure if this is the best possible price, you choose our Quote-Buster Service for a second opinion. Within 24-48 hours we inform you that the exact same trip arrangements are available for US$900 (including all fees and taxes). For the time we spent finding this information on where you can book the Bellagio Hotel from March 1 to March 6 for $900, we would charge a 15% commission. The cost to you, therefore, is $15 (your original price of $1,000 minus the lower price we found of $900 multiplied by 15%) – but you are still saving a total of $85 on your arrangements. And since we don’t actually book the trip for you, there is no obligation on your part to make the booking.
The process is simple. Just e-mail us your travel itinerary or the completed appropriate Quote-Buster Request Form. If we are able to find you a better deal according to the instructions you’ve given us, we will send you an e-mail containing the original quote you provided, the new lower quote we’ve found, and an invoice for our commission cost for the service. After payment is received, we will send you another e-mail providing the details as to where and how you can book at the lower price. (And, once again, there is no obligation on your part to make this booking!) In the unlikely event that we are unable to find you a lower price, we will send an e-mail notifying you that it appears you’ve already discovered the best deal available.
